Cancellation of Order
All of our products are created one day after we receive an order. Therefore, we can only offer you 24 hours to amend or cancel your order once you’ve placed it. All cancellation requests and changes made to the order after this 24-hour period will be denied. Please, therefore, contact us within the first 24 hours with your amendment or cancellation request.
Exchange or Return of Order
We offer a 30-day period for exchanges and returns starting from the day you receive your order, provided that your request meets our eligibility criteria below.
Please note that this policy applies to regular-priced products only. Sale items and items bought in a promotion, unfortunately, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Eligibility
(ii) wrong item is sent to you: incorrect product, color or size;
(iii) you never receive your order.
(ii) you didn’t receive your order because you had given incorrect address;
(iii) you’ve just simply changed your mind.
Process
- Should you wish to make an exchange or return, please send us a request within 30 days of receiving your order. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer or to us.
- Please include in your request a photograph showing clearly the damaged area of the item or the poor quality of the print. The most optimal pictures are on a flat and well-lit surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.
- We shall notify you if your request is eligible. If you wish to make an exchange, we shall send you a replacement product at no extra cost to you. If you would like to return your order, a full refund will be credited to your original method of payment.
