30-Day Return & Refund Policy
At SpreadVera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

With tags, and in its original packaging.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@spreadvera.com.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

Defective or Wrong Item: If the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, SpreadVera will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full refund without requiring a return.

Customer Remorse (Wrong Size / Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind, you are responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will offer a free replacement or a full refund in these cases.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
